By creating an account on DistributeMusic.AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) and have the legal right to upload and distribute the music you submit. Accounts found in violation may be suspended.
If your track was created with an AI tool (Suno, Udio, MusicGen, ElevenLabs, etc.) you must enable the AI-disclosure flag during upload. We auto-tag this in the DDEX delivery. Failing to disclose may cause DSP takedowns; you accept full responsibility for accurate disclosure.
If your track uses a synthetic vocal cloned from a real person, you must have written consent from that person on file. We may request proof at any time. We will not distribute tracks that infringe third-party rights (copyrighted melodies, unauthorized samples, voice clones without consent).
Plans (Pro $20/yr, Label $50/yr) are billed annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime — your releases stay live. Refunds: full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not yet released a track and your account is in good standing. Accounts terminated under Section 8 (Acceptable use) are not eligible for any refund, regardless of when the payment was made.
Zero-tolerance policy. The following will result in immediate account termination with no refund and forfeiture of any pending royalties, regardless of your subscription tier or how long you have been a customer:
Refund forfeiture. If your account is terminated for any of the reasons above, you agree that:
Termination is at DistributeMusic.AI's sole discretion. We are not required to provide advance notice, evidence, or a right-to-cure for the violations listed above. If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may appeal by emailing appeals@distributemusic.ai within 30 days — appeals are reviewed at our discretion and do not guarantee reinstatement or refund.
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms — for the violations listed in Section 8 termination is immediate and without notice. For all other breaches we will typically provide email notice and a reasonable cure period. Pending royalties owed under a good-standing termination remain payable on the standard schedule; royalties are forfeited under Section 8 terminations.
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses caused by DSP delays, takedowns, or third-party failures. Maximum aggregate liability: the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be emailed to you with 30 days notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes: binding arbitration under JAMS rules. Contact: legal@distributemusic.ai or contact form.
